Tier Explanation

Pros: Good leader skill for purple units, Stuns, Shock DoT, Very high Multipliers, Damage Immunity for 1 hit (with striker)
Cons: Bad CD, Average ATK


She has a good leader skill for purple units and is way better than 96 Ryo (the only other purple +50% ATK leader in the game). She is rather strong despite the cons mentioned in tier explanations as she only just barely misses the mark to be considered as having average cooldown and high ATK. In addition, she does shock DoT with her first and third skill and the damage can be doubled and inflict stuns when she crits on enemies. She is better than Lady Billy and should be prioritized in soul quests barring any FES units or units that you really like.

Arena/League Usage

She is somewhat viable in league due to her striker link with Hween Yashiro which not only gives her damage immunity, but also provides her with a striker skill that stuns the entire map.
