Tier Explanation

Amazing at PvAI Offense, capable of 1.10-ish records in time attack

Pros: Heals, Super Armor, Damage Immunity, Stuns, Shock DoT, ATK Buff, Skill DMG Buff, Decreases ATK SPD, Average CD, Extremely high Multipliers, Very high ATK
Cons: He does not get super armor at the beginning of his skills (or he would have been perfect)

Overview

This guy is the very definition of power creep for global. He has bonus effects with basically every single skill of his, and has very fast skill animations (fast wind-up time). His skills give lots of effects. That’s SA, ATK buff, DoT, disabling HP recovery, ATK/Movement speed slow and crazy damage to boot. He doesn’t have DI, but makes up for it with his fast animations which can kill his enemies in PvP/PvAI crazy fast. (He has a GREAT striker link with the free Geese obtainable from arena — but has a CRAZY striker link with the soon-to-be-released 03 Terry) He’s great in practically every mode there is, except TA but he does well in TA but he can be useful in TA novice.

Take note that his FES special card is not really worth pulling. He can use the special card that is obtainable from arena for free. The free variant gives better stats, has a higher damage multiplier and a lower cooldown. The only downsides to the free variant is that it doesn’t hit the entire map and it isn’t considered a blast skill, but hey, you very rarely use 5 PG specials in the game modes that matter. I suppose the FES special has cooler graphics as well, but nope, I wouldn’t recommend pulling for the FES special.

Time Attack Usage

Capable of 1.10-ish records by himself in time attack. Also somewhat useful in TA novice if there are no better options. (Using geese over zero for last stage in TA novice can potentially save time)
